There are dingy docks at the base of Taylor Ave (south end of pedistrian walkway visible over water) & on the the small Port of Bellingham dock just east of railroad bridge over padden creek.
If you prefer there is some reciprocal moorage at BYC and lots of guest moorage at Squalicum Harbor.
